Richard at Utopia Property Management has always been very nice and our needs have alway been met. The AppFolio portal makes it really easy to pay rent and submit maintenance when needed! My husband and I feel like it’s a breath of fresh air to have a good property manager like Utopia. Especially in Santa Barbara where there is such poorly managed rentals that are far overpriced. We live in a tiny rental and we could definitely use more room but the reason why we don’t leave and find something bigger is because we feel so lucky to have great landlords and property management.
